And I have no solution besides replacing. I've had my Litter Robot 3 for 4 years. DFI was replaced 1 year ago, otherwise it's been working fine. I've heard that some litters don't play nicely with the sensors. I'm using Arm and hammer Clump and seal. This is most likely caused by the type of litter you are using.
