This is not entirely fair, while Blizzard would have a team of writers, the Head Writer/Narrative Designer would pretty much have the final say on what gets in or gets cut, A shit Narrative Designer could actually make the writing worse than the writers could otherwise write, and they would have little power to do anything about it if hes favored by corporate for any reason.
