And the board is sending the right signals to the ECM. All that checked out 100%. The ECM is the last thing left, that i cant really test, but from symptoms and other forum posts, it sounds like its definitely the ECM. Need help repairing ECM board. I don't have an ECM diagnostic tool, but I see a lot of these 16 pin ECM modules and I've always been able to just check for 24v at the various pins at the motor. Here is the pin out. The LEDs on the control box don't indicate a problem (if I'm reading them right) I've read some posts here that state the motor is a DC motor, but the label on it says 115V.

Below 2 volts to stop, 2-10 volts spans 0-100% speeds.
