We have been coming to Cabo for the last 15 years and are always looking for new things to try there. We have been fishing, whale watching, sunset sailing, scavenger hunts, etc etc. We have to avoid extreme sports but are up for almost anything else. There are a couple of very cool waterfalls in Miraflores and Santiago. We spent about an hour in both spots. The road is 2 lane and you do have to worry about cows and goats in the road. Its best to drive this section during the day. From there we drove to La Paz, with a quick stop in el Triunfo.I hope more people will add to it. I know that all rooms at Resort at Pedregal have private plunge pools. The Cape has a few rooms with plunge pools and I think Secrets Cabo has some rooms with plunge pools too. Probably not what you’re looking for but Montecristo Villas all have private infinity pools. These are the ones that I know about.

Hurricane season is over, ocean water temp is warm and pleasant, lots of activities/hotels are not in high season rates yet, very little children/college partiers around. We've visited Cabo late-October several times and weather is always great.If you expand outside of Cabo, then there are some additional adult only all-inclusive resorts. The very end of October tends to have better weather and lower humidity. Many folks like the party atmosphere on Halloween and give candy to kids. Dia de los Muertos is a nice time to be in Cabo when you can see the altars.

From the Villa del Palmar you can not see the Arch. You will need to take a Water Taxi or some other tour to see the arch. We were at the airport 2 hours early primarily because our hotel kicked us out. So we got to stand around for about an hour and 45 minutes. Car return was quick at Alamo. No line to check baggage. Maybe a dozen people ahead of us at security. Screening was extremely quick.

It doesn't look to be a major hurricane so there should be minimal damage at most resorts. The workers work quickly to clean up and there should only be a day or 2 of minimal disruption.
