That being said, it's a fantastic game with a deep leveling system, great story and really solid gameplay. In normal campaign, Power is based off of how many units you destroy in a single day. You need to wipe out at least 10% of their entire army in a day to get perfect power. Units that get built count towards this total so if a map drags on and you allow them to build, your power score will go down.Tiny Metal is decent, but doesn't quite measure up. It's a fun game and has some interesting additions, like using "focus fire" to attack with multiple units at once with only one counter, but it's lacking a lot of things like COs actually affecting their units.
