Height affects health and speed, bigger = more HP, smaller = faster. Width affects attack scaling, wide = slightly better strike, thin = slightly better blast. Once you get any kind of damage from an ultimate you get a boost on your ki gain while charging, it boosts your stamina regeneration speed, your damage output is boosted, the damage you receive is decreased and you also get a speed boost.
