So you still have to make one of those. But there are "80%" PPS43 receivers & flats out there you just have to fold or drill. So, thats still pretty simple and cheap right? ... More to it than that. You just built an illegal open-bolt machine gun w/ your surplus parts.It’s decently challenging especially when you get into cutting and welding old pieces of the receiver like on a pps-43. A lot of those open bolt guns sorta suck as closed bolt semi autos and in my honest opinion isn’t worth the time, effort or money. So far I’ve spent over $500 on my pps-43 and still have more parts to go.
