He got a perilous thrust attack that starts with a push. Deflect the push and then Mikiri the thrust. He will sheathe the sword to use Ashina Cross, 3 ways to counter this. Back off, use whistle. Hit him as many times until stun effect goes away. Couple more hits then deathblow. Repeat for second deathblow. I found it extremely easy with this method. IMPORTANT: When I used the whistle when he did his disappearing attack it would make him permanently invisible. Definitely worth it in my books.
