The TBC fault shouldn't be anything serious, my 05 says the same thing if I use the remote start, its just the Trailer Brake Controller, for some reason it probably isn't getting power, thats why mine does it, then when I put the key in and turn it to on it goes away..Good luck. Don't know if this still relates to 2006 F550.FICM fuses (fuel inj. control module). But it couldn't hurt to look. When scanned there is no communication with ECM or the TCM.
